Although an estimated 800 million women are menstruating as you read this, periods can be associated with silence and shame. Highly Sensitive Person

Are you a Highly Sensitive Person?

As many as 15-20% of the population can be categorised as a highly sensitive person, (HSP) the same percentage among children (HSC).

I came across this description almost twenty years ago whilst studying Metaphysical Counselling. Diving into these qualities of a HSC helped me so much understanding my first-born son.
